"The area had a number of homeless people on the street and there was lots of graffiti which I didn't expect. The location is definitely right in the middle of things with a large public walkway just in front of the hotel."

The staff took time to explain key locations within the town and gave recommendations for activities and places to go. We had nice experiences that I would not have experienced without their advice. The location is excellent for many things to do. The personnel was helpful and positive.

The room was small. The main hotel entrance, and our bedroom , were in a nondescript side street. It was well serviced by bin lorries and delivery trucks from early morning. The condition of the very small balcony was poor.
